Ukrainian Easter Paska

Paska is a traditional Ukrainian Easter bread that is soft, airy, and slightly sweet. With its rich flavour and a beautiful golden crust scented with hints of vanilla, fruits, and memories of home. 

This recipe comes from time spent in the kitchen with my Baba, learning the traditional way to knead, shape, and bake Paska by hand. Each loaf is made in small batches with care, just like Baba taught.

Perfect for sharing with family, enjoying with coffee, or bringing a little taste of tradition to your table.
