“Nyk’s” Mediv”nyk” Traditional Ukrainian honey cake — is soft, lightly spiced, and sweetened with real honey for a warm, comforting flavour. It was my dido’s (grandpa’s) favourite dessert that we often shared with tea at the kitchen table.
