Baba’s Kitchen was born from the memories I hold close to my heart of my wonderful Baba, Annie. Living next door to her was a true privilege—her kitchen was always filled with warmth, comfort, and the unmistakable feeling of love.

Annie was born in Skomoroshe (Скомороше), Ukraine, and carried her traditions with her in every recipe she made. Baba measured with her hands but cooked with her heart and soul—something I carry with me in every dish I create.

In Baba’s Kitchen, food is more than just food—it’s a sensory experience:
